Lazio full-back Elseid Hysaj said the Biancocelesti are only focused on the next game against Torino. ‘We don’t really think about the derby’.
The big talking point in Rome is the Derby della Capitale on Sunday, but summer arrival Hysaj explained the team are focused on the task in hand against Torino on Thursday.
Lazio started the season with two wins against Empoli and Spezia but have struggled in recent weeks and have played three games without a win, including the defeat to Galatasaray in the Europa League.
Hysaj said the experience so far makes them focus on one game at a time, as they are ‘all difficult’.
“We don’t really think about the derby, we have seen that all the games are difficult,” Hysaj said at a press conference.
“Look at Spezia, Cagliari and Galatasaray. We need to be careful and focus on the next one.”
