He is expected to complete his transfer from Tottenham Hotspur after completing a medical.

The Romanian is not the only new defender coming in, as confirmed by Empoli Coach Marco Giampaolo.
“Hysaj will almost certainly join Napoli. He is a great professional with a bright future ahead of him.”
Empoli have already accepted an offer worth €5m plus €1m in performance-related bonuses, while the player agreed personal terms for €600,000 per season.
However, there is a problem around the Albania international’s sponsorship contract with Puma.
Napoli demand all players sign over their image rights to the club for the duration of their contracts.
Hysaj is trying to buy himself out of the contract with Puma, which would cost €150,000.
The issue is that Napoli are refusing to pay that penalty and expect Hysaj to foot the bill.
