Arsenal take on Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium this weekend in what is always one of the biggest London derbies of the season.

BUY ARSENAL VS CHELSEA TICKETS

The Gunners and the Blues have always had a fierce rivalry, and it’s the kind of occasion for fans to relish as the atmosphere should be rocking at the Emirates.

Arsenal don’t exactly have a huge amount to play for this weekend, though, given that their title hopes are all but over, though of course cementing second place will still be important to them.

Chelsea, meanwhile, could really do with a big statement result under Enzo Maresca, with what looked like a promising start to the campaign failing to really build into what fans will have hoped.

How to buy Arsenal tickets

Arsenal fans will no doubt be eager to make sure they’re at the Emirates for this one, and they’ll likely be aware of the option to click here for the club’s official ticketing page.

However, for such a big game that’s sure to sell out fast to season ticket holders and club members, it might be a better idea to try livefootballtickets.com.

With an easy to use website and the security of a 150% money back guarantee, many football fans are increasingly turning to livefootballtickets.com as an easier option than the official channels.

You can find Chelsea’s official ticket page on their website here, but we would again advise exploring alternatives as well.

As with Arsenal, season ticket holders and club members will inevitably get first dibs, so it might end up being easier to use livefootballtickets.com to ensure you don’t miss out on a seat at the big game.

Arsenal predicted line up to take on Chelsea

As has been well established, Arsenal have had a bit of a nightmare with injuries this season, meaning we won’t see any of Bukayo Saka, Kai Havertz or Gabriel Jesus in this game.

Still, Raheem Sterling can’t play against his parent club so he won’t be an option for this weekend’s game.

Gabriel Martinelli looks close to a return, though, while Mikel Arteta was also able to rest players against PSV in midweek thanks to having already won that first leg 7-1.

Overall, we could therefore see a slightly stronger-looking Arsenal XI for this one, even if it’s still clearly far from Arteta’s absolute first choice line up…

Arsenal predicted line up: Raya; Timber, Saliba, Gabriel, Lewis-Skelly; Partey, Rice, Odegaard; Nwaneri, Trossard, Martinelli.

How Chelsea could line up for trip to Arsenal

Chelsea have had to rotate a bit recently as they’ve been without Nicolas Jackson and Noni Madueke in attack, while Reece James is being eased back in after so many injury problems.

Still, Enzo Maresca surely needs to go with as strong a team as possible for this trip to Arsenal, with CFC badly in need of a good result if they want to remain one of the favourites to finish in the top four.

Chelsea predicted line up: Sanchez; James, Cucurella, Colwill, Adarabioyo; Fernandez, Caicedo; Palmer, Sancho, Nkunku, Neto.

Arsenal vs Chelsea head-to-head record

Arsenal have the edge in this rivalry throughout its long history, winning 83 times in total, compared to 66 for Chelsea, and 61 draws.

There was a period when Chelsea dominated this fixture, and Didier Drogba would frequently score against the Gunners, becoming the highest scoring player in this fixture’s history with 13 goals in total.

More recently, however, it’s Arsenal who’ve had the upper hand, with Arteta’s side also enjoying their biggest ever win against the Blues last season when they thrashed them 5-0 at the Emirates.
