It would be better for the 7/9 not to progress and finish rock bottom of the group. For years the fake big team or aspiring to be a big team of Europe have gotten away with consecutive 4th spot finishes. Missing out or spending time in the Conference League where they belong is a much needed reality check for a club fully immersed in the art of zombification.
