Inter fans mocked Milan and their coach Stefano Pioli last night with many chants, including ‘Pioli is on fire.’

The Nerazzurri have qualified for the Coppa Italia final after a 3-0 win against their city rivals last night. Goals from Lautaro Martinez (brace) and Robin Gosens allowed Simone Inzaghi’s boys to win their first Derby della Madonnina this season, arguably the most important one.

The atmosphere was buzzing at the Stadio Meazza last night, with ultras of both teams performing spectacular choreographies before the kick-off. However, Inter had the last laugh and their fans enjoyed the victory with chants for their players and, of course, against their city rivals.

Among those, Inter fans sang ‘Pioli is on fire’, a chant that the Rossoneri usually performs to the tune of Freed from Desire by Italian pop singer Gala. Nerazzurri ultras also sang the classic ‘Tornerete in Serie B’ (You’ll go back to Serie B) as the final whistle approached.

  1. This was the most important one? Milan have Serie A head to head lead with the win, since when Coppa is the most important match of the season?!

And “you’ll go back to Serie B” yeah that makes a lot of sense 😆

  2. @milan fan
the only reason milan ahead of inter on the table because inter has 1 game less than milan. otherwise the milan player already crumbling their mentality because their behind on the table.
and no worry sooner or later inter gonna ahead milan on the table regardless their less than 1 match to milan XD

  3. Like Allegri said “Win Coppa and it doesn’t matter. Lose Coppa and it’s the biggest failure”

  4. @InterFan75

I didn’t know that Bennacer’s offside goal was worth 2 goals not 1. Interesting

Why disallow Gosens goal? Germans not allowed to score in Milan derbies? Inter got a 3rd.
