The Inter Miami attacker has, in recent times, always tried to stay close to his mother, returning to Argentina whenever possible.

The third brother, Nicolas, who is the agent of the other two, had confirmed in March 2020, when the former Bianconeri striker travelled to Argentina during the COVID-19 pandemic that their mother had been ‘very ill’.

“Our mother has been very ill for four years with cancer and is continuing her battle,” he then wrote on Twitter.
