Sky Sport Italia are confident Max Allegri will risk Pipita at the head of a 3-4-2-1 system, supported by Dybala and Douglas Costa.
Benedikt Howedes is also out with yet another muscular injury, having made only one appearance in a Bianconeri jersey.
