Gonzalo Higuain could follow former Juventus teammate Blaise Matuidi by signing for MLS club Inter Miami.
New coach Andrea Pirlo said in no uncertain terms that Higuain is not part of his plans and should find himself another club.
His contract expires in June 2021, so he is negotiating a termination by mutual consent, which would allow the Bianconeri to save on his €7.5m per season wages.
According to L'Obs transfer correspondent Abdellah Boulma, 32-year-old Higuain is in advanced negotiations with Inter Miami.
