Instead, Adrien Rabiot drilled his strike through a defender’s legs and Ronaldo showed exquisite skill to control with his right foot, flick it past Marlon and score with his left.
Raspadori pounced on a defensive error, but Dybala sealed the scoreline with a delightful lob on Dejan Kulusevski’s slide-rule pass.
