Bayer Leverkusen striker Javier Hernandez reveals “Juve, Inter, Milan, Roma and Lazio” tried to sign him last summer.
The Mexican international eventually opted to sign for Bayer Leverkusen, but isn’t ruling out a move to Serie A in the future.
“Serie A is a high-level tournament, I’m not ruling it out,” Hernandez told Gazzetta dello Sport.
“In Italy in the summer Juve, Inter, Milan, Lazio and Roma tried for me. I chose Bayer because they were in the Champions League and they made me feel wanted.

“They were convicted that with me they could have a better tournament, and that was gratifying.
“I’ve been signed outright, I have a contract here until 2018. I have everything I’m looking for here, I’m in a great League, playing in the Champions League and being paid well.
“In the last three years I’ve played for three teams in three countries though [United, Bayer and Real Madrid] so I know anything can happen.”
