Hellas Verona have announced Igor Tudor has tested positive for coronavirus and the Croatian coach is currently in home isolation.

Tudor, who arrived at the Gialloblu to replace Eusebio Di Francesco in September, is currently in home isolation and is ‘doing well’, according to the Gialloblu.

The club has turned things around under Tudor and are unbeaten in the last four Serie A games, sitting 10th in the League with 16 points from 12 games.

The club announced it is following ‘all the procedures in compliance with current regulations and is in constant contact with the competent health authorities’.

“The Croatian coach, who is vaccinated, is currently doing well and is in home isolation. The club has immediately activated all the procedures in compliance with the regulations in force and is in constant contact with the competent health authorities.”
