Milan winger Jens Petter Hauge scored the equaliser against Sampdoria and said the Rossoneri have ‘27 points to fight for’ in the battle for top four.

“I’m happy for the goal, a great goal,” Hauge told MilanTV after the game. “We didn’t win and therefore it’s difficult to be fully satisfied.

“But one point is better than zero. We have to keep working and improving.”
Milan sit five points behind Inter before the Nerazzurri play Bologna tonight and are fighting for a place in the top four in Italy and qualification for the Champions League next term.
“We still have nine games and 27 points to fight for,” Hauge continued. “We have to work hard and think of one game at a time, the target is clear.”
Hauge said he’s ‘happy’ at Milan and continues to work hard and ‘improve every day’.
“It’s going well, I’m trying to improve every day, I’m continuing to learn the language. I’m very happy here,” he said.
“Now, we must finish at the same level we started the season.”
