“There are ongoing negotiations, and there are difficulties due to the usual disparity between supply and demand.

“I’m optimistic, because Samir wants to stay with Inter, so hopefully we can find an agreement with the club.
“We hope to succeed, but it also depends on time, because Inter don’t want to start next season with a ‘keeper whose contract is expiring.”
