Inter are hopeful that Samir Handanovic will make his comeback for this Sunday’s Scudetto showdown with Juventus.
The goalkeeper has been out of action since fracturing the little finger on his left hand during a training ground accident.
He sustained the injury on February 2 and has missed the last three Serie A games, plus the Coppa Italia trip to Ludogorets.
According to the latest reports, Handanovic will return just over a month on from that accident.

Until then, Daniele Padelli will again be in goal for Thursday’s Europa League counter with leaders Juventus.
As well as being their goalkeeper and one of their most experienced players, Handanovic is also the Inter captain.
