Napoli midfielder Marek Hamsik admits he knew of a €25m offer for him from Juventus.
It has been revealed since the transfer window shut that the Bianconeri made a number of attempts to sign the player, but were turned down by the Partenopei.
“I knew about the interest from Juventus,” Hamsik told reporters while on international duty with Slovakia.

“I knew about the interest from Juventus,” Hamsik told reporters while on international duty with Slovakia.
“I knew about the €25m offer, but I’d prefer not to say what I think about it. It’s better that way.”
The 28-year-old moved to Napoli in 2007, and has gone on to make over 350 appearances for the Vesuviani, scoring 90 goals.
