“It was a complicated game against an opponent who are technically very strong and who had the better first half,” Hamsik wrote on his official website.

“But after the break we dominated, it’s a shame we didn’t manage to capitalise on the chances we created.
“February was a difficult month, but we played well against Juve and Milan: the Bianconeri have a three-point advantage now, but there are 11 rounds left and anything is possible.
“We want to get back to winning ways against Chievo.”
