However, the Corriere dello Sport newspaper suggests if West Ham do come back asking for Bacca again, the price-tag could well be bumped up to €40m.
The 30-year-old has six goals in 11 Serie A appearances so far this season.
Their main target to replace him at San Siro would be Genoa striker Leonardo Pavoletti, who is also wanted by Napoli.
