“Then I don’t really know how we risked getting relegated with Udinese: there was fear, but I knew we’d do it.

“Oddo didn’t believe in me but I was always ready and then [Igor] Tudor gave me my chance. He has a nice character and a lot of charisma, as well as good ideas.

“I hope he stays, but in any case we’ll have to make up for it next year.”
