Bologna host the Beneamata at the Renato Dall’Ara in the first game after the international break and Antonio Conte’s men can increase their advantage at the top, as both Milan and Juventus were held to draws by Sampdoria and Torino respectively.
Hakimi feels Inter ‘are doing well’ this season and wants to continue where they left off before the break.
“We are on the right track, we have to continue like this,” Hakimi told InterTV. “I hope I can score more goals.
“I think we are doing well, and we were on a good path before going to the national teams. We must stay on this path by continuing to work and do what we have done so far.”
Hakimi said Bologna are ‘strong’ and calls for a united Inter on Saturday night.
“We must do as always, defend together and attack well,” he said. “Defend as we know how to do.
“Bologna are strong and very attacking.”
Hakimi scored a brace in the first leg against Sinisa Mihajlovic’s men.
“It’s the only team I have scored two goals against,” he said. “I think I can score another today, but first I have to defend and then, if necessary, help the team with a goal like in the first leg."
