Morocco star Achraf Hakimi sent a message to Inter fans after beating Spain at the World Cup: ‘Forza Inter sempre.’
The PSG full-back spent one season with the Nerazzurri and was sold in the summer of 2021 to balance the books.
The 24-year-old converted the penalty kick that sent his national team to the World Cup quarter-finals on Tuesday and sent a message to his former fans during a live video on Instagram from the Morocco team bus, saying ‘Forza Inter sempre.’
Hakimi scored seven goals in 45 appearances with the Nerazzurri in 2020-21 winning the Serie A title under Antonio Conte before joining PSG for €68m.
Grande Achraf!!!!
Hakimi single-handedly made the difference in the league that season Inter won. Hope he can return one day!
The only way I can see Inter selling Dumfries is if they plan to bring back Hakimi.
