Although Chelsea are still in the race to sign Achraf Hakimi, Inter reportedly expect PSG to offer €75m to land the signing of the Morocco international.

Inter need to sell at least one of their stars to keep the books balanced and the 23-year-old is expected to be on his way out of the Stadio Meazza after just one season at the club.

According to several reports in Italy, Inter want at least €80m to sell the former Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund winger, and both Chelsea and PSG are in the race to secure his services. However, neither clubs have yet met Inter’s economic demands.

Sky Sport Italia correspondent Angelo Mangiante claims both clubs are still in the race to sign Hakimi, but the Ligue 1 giants could soon make a formal offer to secure the player’s services and beat off the Blues’ competition.

The Italian broadcasters report Inter expect the Ligue 1 giants to place a formal €75m bid in the coming days.

That would be enough to sign Hakimi despite the Serie A champions wanting €80m to sell the right-back.

Chelsea don’t seem willing to offer as much but would be open to adding the likes of Emerson Palmieri or Marcos Alonso in a player-plus-cash swap deal.

However, Inter would prioritize a cash offer, and while talks with PSG are ongoing, the Serie A giants could soon receive the decisive offer from Paris.
