The Colombian international underwent an ultrasound test at Clinico Humanitas this morning and initial reports are not positive.
The club has confirmed that the 28-year-old was diagnosed with a first degree lesion of the one of the connective tendons in his right hamstring.
Guarin will be assessed again in seven days, but the prognosis for an injury of this type is four to five weeks on the sidelines.
