The Nerazzurri are believed to be interested in Belgium international Mertens and Corriere dello Sport reported today that Guarin is a target for the Partenopei.

The newspaper believes that Napoli have already rejected an offer of €6m plus Andrea Ranocchia for the winger, but could be tempted by a swap.

It’s reported that Maurizio Sarri would look to deploy Guarin behind the strikers, allowing Marek Hamsik to play in a deeper role.

A swap deal has now been touted as a way of potentially satisfying both parties and Inter defender Juan Jesus could also enter negotiations as the Vesuviani are believed to be interested in the Brazilian.
