Greco, whose previous deal was set to expire in June, will net himself a substantial salary increase after committing himself to his hometown team until 2015.
The midfielder, who was earning €175,000 a season, will now net at least €700,000 a term. That figure will increase if certain bonus conditions are met.
Greco, 25, has made eight Serie A appearances for the Giallorossi under boss Luis Enrique so far this term.
