The former Inter and Manchester City coach had been linked with the Juventus job in the summer and more recent reports in Italy claim PSG and Manchester United are interested in securing his services.

“You know what I am hoping,” Gravina said during the Golden Boy award in Turin on Monday.

“I am courting him as he were a beautiful girl, he is the architect of this important project that must continue,” the FIGC President added.

“We have a contract expiring in 2022, and a medium-long term project.

“Clubs have a different economic potential, but also other commitments in terms of involvement. I rely on Mancini’s love for the Azzurri shirt, I hope we can continue together. I hope this marriage can continue in the future.”

Mancini replaced Giampiero Ventura in 2017 and won 15 games from 24 in charge of the Azzurri.
