Udinese are reportedly evaluating the future of Luca Gotti at the Dacia Arena and have decided to put the team in a retreat from tonight.

Rumours in Italy suggest the club is considering the alternatives to replace Gotti at the helm, but the coach oversaw the training session today.

After the disappointing 3-1 defeat to Empoli, Gotti was back at work in the sports centre today, but the job remains uncertain for the former assistant.

Gotti: ‘Udinese played a bad game’

Udinese are without a win in four games and have only picked up two points over the last month.

Gotti replaced Igor Tudor in Udine, first as an interim coach and then took over on a permanent deal after a successful temporary stint.

The 54-year-old was Maurizio Sarri’s assistant at Chelsea before joining Tudor’s staff and has since been at the Friuli.

TMW reports the Bianconeri will enter a retreat after training tonight, as they are preparing for the game against league leaders Milan on December 11.
