Robin Gosens, Papu Gomez and Josip Ilicic are back in the Atalanta squad for tomorrow’s Champions League showdown with Ajax.
It kicks off in Amsterdam on Wednesday at 17.55 GMT and La Dea will qualify for the Last 16 with at least a draw.
Gosens had been ruled out of the weekend’s Serie A game with Udinese – which was eventually postponed due to a waterlogged pitch – because he tested positive for COVID-19 with a very low viral load.

Gosens had been ruled out of the weekend’s Serie A game with Udinese – which was eventually postponed due to a waterlogged pitch – because he tested positive for COVID-19 with a very low viral load.
However, that later proved to be a ‘false positive’ test and the German winger has been given the go-ahead to play.
Gomez and Ilicic were rested for the weekend following tension with coach Gian Piero Gasperini, but both are expected to start against Ajax.
Marten de Roon is also back, but Mario Pasalic, Mattia Caldara and Aleksei Miranchuk miss out.
