Lorenzo Insigne and Fabian Ruiz are back in training to strengthen Napoli ahead of the match against Lazio in Serie A on Sunday.
The Azzurri have announced the influential duo have returned to training and thus recovered in time for the big game against former coach Maurizio Sarri.
Coach Luciano Spalletti had to cope without the duo in the defeat to Spartak Moscow in the Europa League on Wednesday, but they were back in training ahead of the clash at the Stadio Diego Maradona in Serie A Week 14.
The match has been scheduled at 19.45 UK time on Sunday and Zambo Anguissa is still training separately from the squad after suffering an injury against Inter last time.
Napoli have lost two games on the bounce across all competitions, but aim to bounce back against the Biancocelesti at home.
“Afternoon session for Napoli at the SSC Napoli Konami Training Centre,” the club wrote in a statement. “The Azzurri prepare for the match against Lazio scheduled for Sunday at the Maradona Stadium at 20.45 for the 14th round of fixtures in Serie A.
“After a first part of strength work in the gym, the team carried out tactical exercises on the pitch. Anguissa underwent therapies. Fabian and Insigne carried out the entire session with the group.”
