Zlatan Ibrahimovic is finally ready to return to the pitch and is set to join the Milan squad for tomorrow’s match against Lazio.

The 40-year-old Swedish forward has not started for the Rossoneri since their 2-1 loss to Spezia back in January. He has been suffering from both knee problems and an Achilles tendon issue, leaving him frustrated on the sidelines as the Rossoneri struggle for goals.

As reported by Corriere della Sera, Ibrahimovic has seemingly recovered from his knee injury and he’ll be available for Stefano Pioli ahead of tomorrow’s match against Lazio, which is when he’s expected to return to the squad.

The Swedish veteran only played 30 minutes of action against the Biancocelesti this season, coming on as a substitute in the 60th minute of their September meeting. He scored in that game, securing the three points for the Rossoneri.

Ibrahimovic has scored nine goals and provided two assists in 15 previous meetings with Lazio.
