Milan have seen good signs from Alessandro Florenzi and Zlatan Ibrahimovic ahead of their next match against Hellas Verona.

The Rossoneri will face Igor Tudor’s side on Sunday evening at the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi in a match that could prove decisive in the incredibly tight title race with Inter. Stefano Pioli’s side are desperate to pick up all three points in Veneto as they close in on their first Scudetto in a decade.

As highlighted by Calciomercato.com, Florenzi returned to training earlier today, coming back after a knee issue that kept him sidelined for most of April. He’s continuing his recovery and he could be called up for the upcoming game against Hellas Verona, showing encouraging signs at Milanello.

Things also looked positive for Ibrahimovic; the Swedish veteran will be part of the team in Veneto, although he won’t displace Olivier Giroud in the starting lineup. He could come off the bench, providing a boost to Pioli’s team. In training today he continued to follow a personalised program separate from his team-mates.
