This traditional summer tournament sees each side face off in 45-minute games to decide an eventual winner.
It will take place at the Mapei Stadium in Reggio Emilia, Sassuolo’s home arena, and represents the debut for goal-line technology in Italy.
The system will be used in all Serie A matches for the 2015-16 campaign.
It was pushed through after several controversial incidents last term.
