Fans from over 200 countries pick their favourites by electing the finalists of the Dubai Globe Soccer Awards and there are a few Italians still in the running for a prize.
Juventus duo Leonardo Bonucci and Giorgio Chiellini are nominated in the category for the Best Defender in 2021, while Italy CT Roberto Mancini is fighting with some of the biggest names for the Best Coach of the Year.
Gianluigi Donnarumma, who joined Paris Saint-Germain after winning EURO 2020 with the Azzurri, has been named among the nominees for best goalkeeper.
