Kamil Glik admits “I left a piece of my heart” at Torino, and would like to face Cristiano Ronaldo in the Derby della Mole.

The defender left the Granata to join Monaco in 2016, but still keeps an eye on Serie A.

“I spent six years in Italy, I left a piece of my heart there and I still watch Serie A and especially Torino,” Glik told the Corriere di Torino.

“I’m constantly in touch with the directors, the sporting director and the President. I cheer for them, they really have a great squad.

“A derby against Juventus and Ronaldo? It’d be a great challenge, but for the moment I’m a Monaco player and I’m trying to give everything for my team which is enduring a difficult spell.

“With Ronaldo Italian football is definitely growing a lot, especially commercially.”
