Napoli director Cristiano Giuntoli confirms that if Arkadiusz Milik does not agree a new contract, ‘he will be put on the transfer market’ this summer.
The striker’s current deal runs to June 2021 and negotiations have so far failed to find a breakthrough.
“We’ve been talking to his entourage for a while,” director of sport Giuntoli told DAZN before today’s Serie A game with Verona.

“There are still many games to be played, the parties are evaluating the situation. There is no agreement yet, we’ll be happy if we find one, otherwise he will be put on the transfer market.
“This is a player who is worth a lot of money.”
It’s reported Napoli are demanding €50m for the Poland international, who is of interest to Juventus, Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal, among others.
