Napoli director Cristiano Giuntoli claimed they “would’ve won on points over the two legs” against Arsenal, despite a 3-0 aggregate defeat.
The Partenopei crashed out of the Europa League quarter-finals last Thursday after a 1-0 home loss, having already been beaten 2-0 in London.
“In terms of performance, despite the fact Arsenal are a very strong team, we played positively,” insisted Giuntoli on Sky Sport Italia.
