Milan released a video showing Olivier Giroud’s last day at the club, when he emptied his locker and bid farewell to his friends and teammates, saying, ‘See you at the Euros.’

Giroud will leave Milan at the end of his contract on June 30, joining MLS side LAFC.

The France international spent three seasons at San Siro, scoring 49 goals in 132 games and winning one Serie A title.

The video shows Giroud’s final day at Milanello on May 24. It started with staff members at the Rossoneri training ground printing his final shirt and finished with autographs for fans outside the gates.

In between, the experienced striker emptied his locker, said goodbye to his teammates and told Simon Kjaer: “See you at the Euros!”

“Semi-final? Final?” the Denmark international replied.

“Semi-final is okay; I don’t want to meet you too far ahead,” Giroud said, smiling.

“I am going to miss Milanello,” the striker added while leaving Milanello for the last time.

“This training ground, the nature, the forest. It’s special. Many big players trained here.”
