“I'm glad to have set a new record, but the final objective remains to reach the playoff,” he told Calciomercato.it.

“It's not a problem if the team relies on me. Scoring, and taking the team to the playoffs, is my job.

“The most beautiful of the three goals? For me every goal is the most beautiful goal, and the next one is going to be even more beautiful.

“I was pleased to score on a free kick today because it's been a really long time since I last scored like that.”

The team's Coach Greg Vanney also extolled the quality of his player.

“It's something special every time that we see him play.

“He can do some crazy things. Every team has a player they particularly rely on, but we have simply the best.”
