Gillet saw his ban for three years and seven months upheld, along with the charge of sporting fraud.
Bans were also confirmed for Stefano Guberti, Alessandro Parisi, Daniele De Vezze, Vitalii Kutuzov, Luca Fusco, Ivan Rajcic, Francesco Caputo, Simone Bonomi and Vincenzo Santoruvo at three years and six months.
The three years and seven months were confirmed on appeal for Gianluca Galasso and four years for Massimo Ganci.
The only appeals accepted by the Federal Court saw Raffaele Bianco’s ban reduced from three years to just six months and Corrado Colombo from six months to three.
Unusually, the appeal also found against the original ruling that had stated Pianu innocent, as he has now been declared guilty of sporting fraud and banned for three years and six months.
This part of the trial is based around the alleged fixing of games Bari-Treviso in 2008 and Salernitana-Bari” data-scaytid=”28″>Salernitana-Bari in 2009.
