“I don’t know if it’s my best goal, as I’ve scored many in my time…” the ex-Arsenal and Roma man told Sky Sport Italia.
“What really matters is the victory, as this is very important and we must continue like this to achieve our objective.
“We are all a team and work together to keep Parma in the top flight.”
Gervinho was given a standing ovation from the Stadio Tardini crowd as he was substituted late on.
“I am happy to be back in Italy and in Serie A again. The Parma fans gave me a wonderful welcome from the start.”
