Genoa and Sampdoria will unite for a charity match next month to raise funds for the Morandi Bridge disaster.
The event ‘Let’s team up for Genoa’ will be held at Marassi on May 27 and will see members of Genoa and Samp’s current squad take on a team with active players who previously played for either club.
All proceeds from the friendly will go towards businesses and commercial activities that were damaged by the bridge’s partial collapse last August, which killed 43 people.
