According to Tuttomercatoweb, President Enrico Preziosi has currently blocked the deal, and it’s not clear if a resolution will be found before the deadline this evening.
Sky Italia confirms that Lazaar is waiting for the go-ahead from Genoa, but expects that Preziosi will eventually sanction a deal.
