Linked with the likes of Inter and Juventus” data-scaytid=”18″>Juventus, it was thought that Porto had an advantage in negotiations.

However, reports in Italy this week suggest that Genoa are in the boxseat for the 20-year-old, thanks to a strong relationship between their President Enrico Preziosi and his Delfini counterpart Daniele Sebastiani.

It is believed that because of this, the Grifone have reached an agreement to take a 50 per cent share in Quintero, for an unspecified fee.
