Inter have added former Juventus defender Merih Demiral to their list of potential defensive transfer targets amid uncertainty over their bid for Gleison Bremer, according to reports in Italy.

The Nerazzurri are in the market for a new central defender due to the possibility of Milan Škriniar leaving for Paris Saint-Germain, who have made several offers for the Slovakia international without reaching an agreement.

Juve, meanwhile, have struck a deal with Bayern Munich for Matthijs de Ligt’s departure which has allowed them to target replacements and recent reports suggest the Old Lady are now frontrunners to sign Bremer.

And while general reports in the Italian media suggest Inter still remain hopeful of signing last season’s Serie A Best Defender, La Gazzetta dello Sport report they are looking at other targets, which includes Demiral.

The Turkey international joined Atalanta from Juve this summer as La Dea took up their option to make the loan permanent, though with the intention of offloading for a profit, according to reports.

  1. Hahaha, why inter always looking at our dumpster. First Dybala, then Demiral, in a few weeks they are gonna look for Ramsey deal

  2. Son, you can’t call Ramsey your dumpster if you can’t dump him

Jube is the only team stupid enough to pay him $7.5 mil a year and $1.3 mil for his agent for doing nothing
