Arnaut Danjuma has reportedly given his personal green light over a move to Milan from current club Villarreal according to the front page of La Gazzetta dello Sport on Saturday morning.

La Gazzetta writes that there has not yet been an economic agreement between the two clubs and that there are still plenty of details left to evaluate, but the player is said to be personally keen on the move.

According to the report, a loan deal from Villarreal is the most likely scenario at this stage.

Despite the recent arrival of Christian Pulisic from Chelsea, the Rossoneri are still keen on bringing in attacking reinforcements, particularly in central areas and on the right-hand side.

Danjuma has played predominantly on the left, however, he is also versatile, having often also played on the right flank as well as being deployed as a second striker on numerous occasions throughout his career.

The former Bournemouth winger spent the second half of the 2022-23 season on loan in the Premier League with Tottenham, although there was also interest from Everton.

The Toffees are said to be interested again in making a move to sign the Dutchman this summer and Atalanta, too, have been named as one of the other interested parties.
