Valencia boss Gennaro Gattuso is looking to former club Milan with reports in Italy suggesting he is interested in signing Samu Castillejo and Tiemoue Bakayoko.

The Italian was named as Valencia boss earlier this month and there have been various suggestions about incoming and outgoing players.

Calciomercato.com report Gattuso has enquired over the availability of both Castillejo and Bakayoko, who is on loan from Chelsea.

The duo are almost certain to leave the Rossoneri this summer, the report adds, along with Leo Duarte, who spent last season on loan at Turkish club Istanbul Basaksehir.

The two sides are in talks over a permanent move for around €5.5 million, the report adds.

Calciomercato also claim defender Mattia Caldara, whose contract is due to expire at the end of the season is also free to leave and that Empoli are interested.

Caldara spent last season loan at Venezia as he made 31 Serie A appearances but could not stop his side being relegated.
