Gennaro Gattuso will not be joining Sinisa Mihajlovic’s Milan staff, as he’s set to take over at Serie B side Novara.

There had been speculation that the former Rossoneri midfielder could return to San Siro as part of new Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic’s staff.

However, Calciomercato reports this morning that Gattuso has agreed to take over at newly-promoted Novara.

The website believes that a one-year contract has been agreed, with only official confirmation still to come.
