“Let’s think of one opponent at a time,” Gattuso told Il Mattino. “Now, it’s Milan.”

Napoli are unbeaten in three consecutive League games and arrive from a 3-1 success over Bologna last time.

Mexican forward Hirving Lozano is back in training and Il Mattino reports has turned up before everyone to work with the physiotherapist ahead of the session with the rest of the group.

The 25-year-old, who has scored nine times in 21 Serie A games this campaign, should at least be back on the bench against Milan on Sunday.
