Cafu played alongside Gattuso at Milan between 2003 and 2008 but not before a seven-year spell with Roma, and the Brazilian looked ahead to Friday’s showdown at San Siro.
“Gattuso as Coach is really strange. I still have to get used to it!” he told Gazzeta dello Sport.

“However, I’m happy for him, like I am for Di Francesco in the other dugout. I don’t know who to cheer for.
“I hope Milan-Roma ends in a draw, but it doesn’t have to be an excuse for either side not to participate in the Scudetto race.”
