Gian Piero Gasperini admitted the semi-final in the Coppa Italia on Wednesday will be ‘the priority’ for Atalanta, as he prepares to face Torino on Saturday.
A goalless draw in the first leg means the tie is wide open when Atalanta host Napoli at the Gewiss Stadium next week.
But La Dea will first play Torino tomorrow and Gasperini admitted he has one eye on the cup tie during his preparations for the Granata’s visit.

“Wednesday’s match has a considerable importance, you can reach the Coppa Italia Final,” Gasperini said at a press conference.
“The priority is the semi-final. Tomorrow we play against Torino, we will try to do our best.”
The coach then confirmed Hans Hateboer is out with an old problem and is not sure when the Dutch full-back will return.
“He has a problem due to an old fracture, those things that go on need to be fixed,” he said. “Then, if he manages to resolve it, that’s good. But there’s uncertainty about the recovery time.
“He has a microfracture that he suffered when he put his foot wrong in Milan. It’s difficult, it depends on the symptoms.”
