Ferrero has insisted that the Blucerchiati are financially stable, but today Gazzetta dello Sport reports a new €7m payment from Garrone to cover a €2.9m loss for half of the financial year in 2015.
The newspaper also notes that Samp sold top-scorer Eder, as well as first-team regulars Vasco Regini and Ervin Zukanovic this January.
